In May 2025 NVIDIA’s official blog spotlighted imma, our virtual human developed by Aww Inc., as a representative example of enterprise AI solutions.

For a limited time, imma has been active as an AI stylist at COACH PLAY @ Cat Street in Harajuku, Tokyo. Her technical foundation and unique customer engagement style have captured widespread attention from both industry professionals and the general public. She was introduced as one of the validated designs and AI blueprints under NVIDIA’s “Enterprise AI Factory,” which was announced at COMPUTEX.

At the COACH PLAY @ Cat Street store, imma engages in real-time conversations with customers while offering personalized fashion styling suggestions, functioning as an “AI stylist” on-site.

Built on NVIDIA’s ACE AI agent technology and Tokkio framework, the system combines natural language understanding with emotional recognition to deliver a more personal and trustworthy customer experience.

NVIDIA’s blog describes imma’s implementation as “a case redefining the relationship between AI and humans,” recognizing it as a key use case that showcases the future potential of AI agents in enterprise settings. The article also features comments from our Executive Director, Yumi King.
